Neil has worked closely with us for a number of years providing his specialist paramedic input into ensuring that our re-enactors stay safe. He has on several occasions responded onto the field in the middle of the battle to treat some of our more injured re-enactors. His understanding of our requirements for authenticity and his independent oversight and responsive attitude has helped us improve participant and spectator safety and allowed us to develop our systems. His interaction with our participants and his visibility at night and at our early morning briefings have improved the confidence of our re-enactors that their health and safety is our number one priority.
