Owner & Operations Manager
Gavin is an ambulance technician currently working for a private company supporting both the South and South East Coast Ambulance Services on the 999 frontline. He has over 20 years of experience providing medical cover to a range of events from folk festivals and motorsports.
Gavin’s passion is all things motoring. This could be maintaining our fleet of vehicles, or liaising with clients over their medical cover requirements to standing trackside at motoX or enduro events.

Simon is a paramedic with over 35 years of experience in providing services to a range of events. He is currently working as a paramedic with the South Coast Ambulance Service. He is a registered paramedic with the Motor Sports Association (MSA).
Neil Eaton, MCPara. PA04139
Owner & Managing Director
Neil is a paramedic, also registered with the MSA, with over 30 years experience working on the frontline and arranging medical cover for events. Alongside running all three CREWS companies he also operates as a specialist paramedic for the Dorset Integrated and Urgent Care service and is clinical lead for the specialist ambulance recruitment organisation MedicNow. Neil is a fully qualified internal and external quality assurer and is involved in writing several higher-level qualifications for an awarding organisation.
Neil provides consultancy and clinical lead services to a wide range of organisations including government agencies, schools, police and fire services, local and national charities. Some of the high profiled events Neil has been asked to cover include Bournemouth 7’s Festival, 950th Anniversary Re-enactment of The Battle of Hastings and the World MotoX Championships.
Josh is currently a student, but also works in Patient Transport Services as well as working for CREWS. Growing up in a family of Front-Line Workers, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the company.
Josh is a fully trained responder and aspires to be a paramedic after completing his university degree. Over the last 5 years Josh has been working alongside trained and experienced medics, giving him unique experience and a justified confidence.
